The Jim Range Conservation Leadership Award seeks to recognize individuals in the AFFTA family who embody Jim Range’s commitment and passion on behalf of America’s fisheries and anglers.

Candidates have demonstrated exemplary leadership in advancing fisheries conservation and stewardship with the engagement of the angling community and the fly fishing industry. They are collaborative, generous, innovative, and impactful.

The recipient may be at any stage in his or her career, so long as the individual demonstrates the qualities and impacts that are embodied in this award criteria.
