“FIRST CAST” AUCTION
The “First Cast” Auction, scheduled to go live in January 2023, will offer the latest and greatest in fly fishing equipment and adventures, with all proceeds going to AFF’s small grants fund.
It is a great opportunity for the fiy fishing industry to show off their best gear while supporting fisheries stewardship and conservation.
CALL FOR DONATIONS
Our goal is to assemble and bring to auction a singular collection of flyfishing equipment and lifestyle offerings—from fly rods and reels to accessories and clothing—a combination of new, sought-after, trending, quality, flyfishing products.
OUR ASK
We ask that members of AFFTA commit to donating one or more of your products to the AFFTA Fisheries Fund to be auctioned off to benefit our small grants fund:
Donate one or more new, hot, best-selling products (quality over quantity).
Provide a description of the product(s) along with high-quality images and available delivery window.
Help Promote the auction and offerings.
Drop Ship product(s) to winning bidder(s).
OUR COMMITMENT
In exchange for your donations, AFF will:
Dedicate all proceeds from the auction to AFF’s small grants program.
Promote the donated products and brands in all auction communications, including auction pages, websites, and social media.
Work to publicize the auction to the larger angling public through partners and media connections.
Perform required tasks to host and run auction.
Supply shipping instructions for auction winners.
Continue to promote the participating brands in AFF’s ongoing communications.

Submit images of the product(s) being donated via the “Submit Images” button where you will be directed to a dedicated Google Drive folder. Include action shots, your logo, etc.
Please provide Brand/Model of items in the image file names.
